Shipping policy

PC Card World follows the rates of USPS for weight and package sizing. We don't not charge extra or charge any extra fees.

 

 

 

PC Card World offers a 30-day return policy with a 100% refund on eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must meet one of the conditions listed below and be approved by PC Card World.



Eligible Return Reasons


A return may be accepted if one or more of the following applies:


The item received is not as described in the original listing


The item was damaged due to improper packaging by PC Card World


The incorrect item was sent


You have contacted PC Card World and we have approved the return


Any return request that does not fall under the above conditions may be refused and deemed ineligible for a refund at our discretion.



Return Timeframe


Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date


Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received


Any sealed products must remain unopened and untampered

 

 

 

Shipping Responsibility


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to seller error or seller-approved negligence


If PC Card World determines the issue was caused by seller error, the original return shipping cost will be reimbursed


If a return is sent back and confirmed to be the seller’s fault, both the item and return shipping label will be fully refunded

 

 

Damage After Delivery


PC Card World is not responsible for damage that occurs after the item has left our possession, including damage caused during shipping or mishandling by the carrier, unless otherwise approved in writing by PC Card World.


Non-Returnable Items


Unless explicitly approved, the following items are non-returnable:


Opened or tampered sealed products


Items damaged after delivery


Items returned without prior authorization
